About the Staff

Lana Phoenix, Owner

Lana Phoenix came to Colorado from New Mexico to attend college, and like so many others, fell in love with the state, and has been a resident for many years.

After several work “lives” in corporate America, marriage and a family, additional educational endeavors and a dozen years in the legal field, Lana chose to follow her true passion – fashion and people.

She entered the industry 15+ years ago, and after working for both large retailers and a small independent consignment boutique, decided it was time to venture out on her own.  Twice as Haute came into being in 1998, and has been a source of “labels you want at prices you love” ever since.  The shop specializes in high-end resale and boutique overstock apparel and accessories for women.  Twice as Haute is known for its outstanding customer service and its intimate boutique environment.  With a consignor base of over 7,500, there is always new, unique inventory and something for everyone.

Lana’s other passions include music and athletics.  She does not currently perform publicly, but is a songstress at heart.  Her athletic endeavors have included triathlon, distance running and CrossFit.  She is currently pursuing her goal of running in all 50 states.

Kerri Ferris, Manager

Kerri Ferris is the manager of Twice as Haute.  She joined the boutique in the summer of 2010 upon graduating from Oklahoma State University with a bachelor’s degree in design.  In a given week Kerri is active in fashion consultation, graphic design, promotions, internship coordination, event planning, and day-to-day operations of the shop.

After spending several years in the retail, fashion, and design industry, Kerri’s love for couture and fashion blossomed into styling women.  Helping to create wardrobe solutions and supplying a chic fashion how-to is her main forte.  Kerri is always at the shop with a smiling face to help any woman create the wardrobe of her dreams.

Her favorite designer is Tom Ford, while her desired labels include Missoni, Marc Jacobs, Diane Von Furstenberg, and Yves St. Laurent.

Lisa Evanko, Sales Associate

Lisa joined the Twice as Haute team in September 2010 starting as our fashion management intern. She is a junior at the Art Institute of Colorado majoring in fashion retail management. After her internship was complete, Lisa became a permanent sales associate at the boutique assisting with store operations and customer relations. After graduating within the next year, she aspires to become a stylist or run a shop of her own.

Lisa’s favorite designer labels include Tory Burch, Nicole Miller, and Mavi Jeans.

Lauren Jassmann, Fashion Management Intern, Sales Associate

Lauren is our current fashion management intern. She joined the boutique in April of 2011 as a marketing intern assisting in effective merchandising, promotions and marketing through social media, as well as exercising her creative freedom involving innovative marketing strategies. Lauren is graduating from the Art Institute of Colorado with a degree in fashion retail management next spring, with aspirations of opening a boutique in Aspen.

Lauren’s favorite designer labels include Free People, Moth, and Rock & Republic.
